MYERPMATE is a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform that provides:

• Invoice and billing management
• Customer and supplier management
• Inventory and product management
• Employee and payroll management
• Project and task management
• Banking and accounting features
• Google Drive backup integration

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One company account per business entity

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into MYERPMATE. We do not claim any ownership rights to your business data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. Google Drive Integration

When you connect Google Drive to MYERPMATE:

• You authorize us to create backup files in your Drive
• You can disconnect Google Drive at any time
• We only access files created by our Service
• Google's terms of service also apply to Drive usage

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

MYERPMATE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, you can export your data within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
